I was just looking at some footage I filmed at the start of this year and I found a few random clips of a few of us ‘cotching in the car park’ waiting for the shops to close so we could skate that undercover where that game of skate below was filmed. I was about to put them together into a small video but then I remembered that I have to make a trailer for my college film by Friday, therefore the next time I open Premiere that is what I have to do. So instead of doing either of those things, or anything constructive at all (like apply for uni, as I have to try and blag my way in now that it’s too late, or sort out the hotel for Skegness, which is a week away) I’m proceeding to sit on Facebook and watch shit TV. I’m far too tired to be in Portsmouth tonight due to not going to bed until 5am this morning and bowling up to college 2 hours late without having a shower or any breakfast. Good times.
Beefhead’s Bangers #2
Tuesday, 31st March 2009 at 2:45 pmHere’s the late second installment of Paget’s clip of the week. Instead of brightening up your Monday, it’s a nice chilled clip to get me over my student night in Guildford hangover.
Also, I found this on someones Facebook – nutter:
And according to Mike; “Protein equals PRO-TEAM!”
Beefhead’s Bangers is Late!
Monday, 30th March 2009 at 9:00 amPaget must have been asleep last night when I remembered that I needed a clip from him for this morning; after texting him four times telling him that he’s going to ruin everyone’s Monday I still received no reply. So the anticipated ‘Monday morning, 9am on the dot’ clip of the week is late on the second day, that’s organization skills for ya.
As a compromise, here’s a classic line by Stevie Williams that Cam showed me last night:
Obviously it’s no where near as good as what Paget would deliver to your screen on a Monday morning, but it will do for now.
Do the S.K.A.T.E, 1234 fight
Saturday, 28th March 2009 at 8:57 pmA few weeks, going on months ago, Adam and Cam had the most epic game of skate at Emsworth; they were both on T and each set was more ridiculous than the last, but somehow they both managed to cling on for at least another ten minutes. It was so intense that a hush fell over the skatepark as everyone gathered around in awe… nearly. So anyway, a couple of weeks later when skating Waitrose undercover in Waterlooville, I asked them if they would play again in front of the camera in the hope that it would be as good as last time. Unfortunately Adam wasn’t really feeling it and cracked under the pressure of having to perform on film, so here’s half a game of skate:
QOTD:
“Every time I fingered her she passed out” – one of the two featured in the above video.
Sort It Out
Saturday, 28th March 2009 at 3:42 pmIt would appear that April showers have started early this year, with a sudden 2 minute burst of rain ruining the whole day – love it. However, on a quite literally brighter note, the clocks go forward tonight which I’m sure everyone in the UK is stoked on, and it gives me an excuse as to why I’m an hour late for work tomorrow morning.
I’m now going to capture some footage I filmed for my college project which I either need to have finished by Friday or at the very least have a trailer for it. As I haven’t started editing any of it and haven’t given any thought of how it’s going to look, I’m definitely just doing a trailer. As long as the full length feature is handed in by June then I’m all good.
May have some proper content for you later.
